Det är skönt att höra att lagens företrädare inser att förbudet mot pros är högst godtyckligt och de facto ett övergrepp mot medborgarna och går på tvärs mot den nattväktarfunktion staten bör ha (att säkra alla individers rätt till frihet från våld).
